Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that can survive the ending of this agreement.

The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of United Arab Emirates sitting in Abu Dhabi.

For the purposes of this agreement the words “Al Seer Marine”, “Al Seer Marine Site”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to Al Seer Marine and “Site” to materials delivered on www.asmembark.com and other co-branded versions of the site.
